Owner & Therapist
If you're seeking connection and considering change, you've come to the right place!
I'm a therapist that specializes in trauma and addiction and I bring over 15 years of mental health experience to serve you. I find the synergistic nature of mind, body, and spirit approaches to healing and recovery extremely powerful and lean into holistic care that integrates traditional cognitive therapies, yoga, mindfulness, values exploration, and reconnection to yourself, your body, your purpose and your community.
My priority is to create a safe and supportive space for you unpack, ponder, challenge yourself, grieve, grow and heal. My manner is compassionate and down-to-earth and I believe the therapy room is a space for crying and laughing (and everything in between). With empathy, authenticity, gentle challenging and accountability, I will empower you to overcome barriers from your past and build a life that makes you want to stay present and awake.

Outside of this practice, I currently serve as a director at a prominent Chicago-based mental health organization where I focus on program development and enhancing access to high-quality PHP/IOP levels of care. Previously, I spent 6 years working directly with veterans and their families and have helped numerous individuals overcome combat trauma, MST, and readjusting to civilian life.
