Healing Mind, Body,
& Soul
Do you find yourself caught up in the past, experiencing profound heartache, grief, shame, anger, regret, or an incessant stream of "what ifs?" Do find that memories and emotions related to your past are impacting your ability to show up as you'd like in the world, in your relationships, or even in your own body?
I support individuals who are motivated to understand how and why their past is still showing up in their day to day life and who want to change their relationship with these painful memories. These past memories might include childhood abuse, sexual assault, combat trauma, divorce, the unexpected loss of a loved one, past relationships, or various other hardships. I help individuals process and make meaning of the past, to cope more effectively, and learn to live more fully in the present.
My approach is holistic, focusing on healing every aspect of your being. This entails addressing the ceaseless thoughts, fostering a deeper connection with your body, and rediscovering the values and dreams that can transform life into a gift rather than a burden.
While recovery is a journey with its ups and downs, I will provide unwavering support as you progress forward toward a fulfilling life.
